Jeff Odom is the Director of
Operations for Business Technology Solutions. Jeff brings to the team
leadership skills in strategic vision, relationship building,
management, finance, technology and organization. Prior to joining
Business Technology Solutions, Jeff has had a variety of experience in
services, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, consulting and
technology in organizations ranging from small to large. He has been
responsible for major business transformations that have included
strategic planning, policies and procedures, process design,
capabilities modeling, requirements definition, vendor / application
selection and implementation for a wide array of business solutions.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a BS in
Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a
Certified Business Continuity Professional. Jeff has been active as a volunteer in state, national and international
professional associations providing a great range of visibility and
exposure. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of the North
Carolina Association of CPA’s and is a past chair of the
Association's Members in Business and Industry Committee. Jeff is
an award winning presenter and seminar leader speaking on a range of
topics such as leadership, technology, interpersonal management skills,
time management, contingency planning and strategic planning.
