Janet is the Account Manager for Business Technology Solutions, Inc. Her primary role is to be the customer advocate within BTS. This requires her to be in constant and proactive contact with all customers. She is also responsible for assisting clients with quotes for upgrades, additional modules, maintenance plans, scheduling consultant’s time and coordinating our training classes.
