Chad Watson is a Senior Consultant with Business
Technology Solutions. He brings over 10 years experience with a strong
background supporting various HR, payroll, and accounting
systems. In addition, he has designed, planned and implemented
technology solutions for small and large scale companies.
He has led the integration of HR and Payroll systems through multiple
company mergers ensuring data integrity throughout the entire
process. He also has extensive experience utilizing Crystal
Reports®, FRX, and Visual Basic designing creative solutions to
complex problems.
Prior to joining Business Technology Solutions, he was the Director of
Information Technology for an organization with over 75 locations
spread out across the state. His leadership helped solve
tremendous network challenges as the company expanded from 1000
employees to 2500 in less than three years.
Chad is a graduate of North Carolina State
University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in
Multidisciplinary Studies. He then spent 5 years in the Air Force
as a network engineer managing large scale projects with stringent
timelines under dynamic conditions.
