The objective of the pilot testing is to discover and correct errors prior to ‘going live’, to reinforce the detailed training, to test procedures and to maximize the operational efficiency of MAS 90 through system tuning.  To achieve this objective, we perform some of the following activities: verify the system options and settings, test interfaces, check security, test data entry accuracy and test default parameters.

 
     
 

GO LIVE and FIRST MONTH END / QUARTER END CLOSE SUPPORT

 
 

Our project includes time on site for the initial portion of the Go Live phase and also support for the project through your first actual month end and quarter end close process.
