Based on our joint understanding of your situation we prepare a summary that reflects the value of solving identified needs and the cost of doing nothing. As a part of our needs analysis, you can elect to have us work with you to uncover deeper specific processes in your business that can be streamlined to save you time and money. The intent at whatever level you select is to map the needs of your situation to business solutions. Selecting a deeper review you will be provided with a description of your new-and-improved processes. In each case we will provide you information that will help you align to potential accounting, business and/or technology solution to help you select the one that will satisfy your requirements.
We will develop a recommended solution, outline the variety of options for accomplishing your goals and then assist you in selecting the most appropriate path for you. If none of the system solutions we represent are an optimal fit, we can refer you to a member of our alliance network to determine if their offerings are the right fit. Following this “define first, select second” approach provides a strong foundation for your process changes and/or software implementation helping to ensure your satisfaction and maximum value from the solution you select.
