IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

We will work with you to design a written implementation plan which identifies the order of the business software modules to be installed, the necessary testing for each module, the parallel processes/tasks that need to be run, and the training plan for your staff.  The implementation plan would also identify the proper timeframe for a successful implementation.

We will plan and conduct regular project meetings.  During the status meeting, we will summarize the current progress, identify milestones that should be accomplished within the upcoming month, and address any unforeseen complications.
